CNC Machining
Dynalec's machine shop utilizes a wide range
of CNC equipment including: CNC mills, lathes, punch presses and
brakes, enabling us to produce high quality parts consistently.
Our operators have been certified for the machines they program
and operate. The pictures below offer a cross section of some
of the equipment we use to produce quality parts.

Our CNC process is described below:
- Mechanical designs are done using 3-dimensional modeling
techniques.
- The completed files are downloaded from our engineering
department directly to our state of the art machine.
- Our machine shop translates the files into CNC programs
that are then downloaded directly to the CNC machines.

Under the carefully setup and statistical
monitoring of the machines, we are capable of producing
quality, close tolerance parts consistently. Finished parts
are sent to quality control for inspection on our coordinate
measuring machine.

After final inspection, Dynalec
